Kelani Bailey is in her third season as an assistant coach with the Roanoke College Field Hockey program.

Bailey is a 2016 graduate of Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va. where she was a four-year letter-winner for the Hornets. During her career, she was named First Team All-ODAC and the Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2015. She was named Second Team All-Conference in 2013 & 2014 and was a member of the 2012 Sportsmanship Team of the Year. Bailey was also a two-time All-ODAC Tournament Team selection, a two-time Virginia Sports Information Directors All-State selection and a four-time conference Player of the Week. Academically, she earned four NFHCA National Academic Team nods and three NFHCA Scholar os Distinction honors. In 2016 she was named the SU Athletic Director's Award winner. She was also the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee President at Shenandoah.  

She is also nationally ranked and has 22 National Titles and 1 World Title in racquetball and recently won the 2015 USA Racquetball National Intercollegiate Championships in March.
