Caleb Jordan Named ODAC Men's Hoops Player of the Week

Salem, Va. – Caleb Jordan has been named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

Jordan, a senior from Charlotte, N.C., put together a proficient and efficient week in leading Roanoke to a pair of victories to close the 2019-20 regular season. Jordan averaged 22.5 points per game and shot 72.0-percent (18-of-25) from the field including 4-of-6 from three-point territory. He opened with 20 points on 8-of-11 from the field including 2-of-2 from deep in an 81-44 triumph at Lynchburg. He added three rebounds, two steals, and a blocked shot to his line.

Jordan turned up the production in a 75-67 win over Randolph as he was 10-of-14 from the field on the way to 25 points. He again hit two three-pointers and was 3-of-4 from the line. He chipped in seven rebounds to go with two assists. For the season, Jordan is averaging 12.0 points and 3.7 rebounds per game while shooting .482 (108-of-224) from the field including .500 (23-of-46) from beyond the arc.

Roanoke opens ODAC Quarterfinal action on Friday against Guilford at 3:00 p.m.
