The Roanoke College men’s lacrosse team today visited the Ronald McDonald House to present $1,500 the team raised to assist the home away from home for families with children being treated in area hospitals. The team also conducted a food drive, and delivered food and paper products to the house.

However, the visitors from Lexington would hold RC to just three scores the final three periods as the Generals rallied for the 8-7 win.

The lead would go back and forth and the game was tied with one minute to play. The Eagles appeared to score the go ahead goal but the score was disallowed. The Maroons netted the game winning goal with just 11 seconds to play to secure the ODAC win.
