The Short Story: The Roanoke College men's tennis team took on the challenge of facing an NCAA Division II opponent in UVA Wise. The Cavaliers came away with the 9-0 win over the host Maroons.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Cavaliers swept through the doubles matches to take a 3-0 lead heading into singles. Federico Maccari and Julio Marques nearly won at the top doubles spot but fell 8-5.
- John-Henry Herrington dropped a close match at #5 singles, 6-1, 6-4.
