The Lead: Jennifer Calascione set a school record in the discus at the Phoenix Invitational Saturday at Elon.
Highlights:
- Jennifer Calascione finished second in the hammer throw with a mark of 39.73m / 130'4.50."
- Kaleb (41.64m / 136'7.75") and Kyle Bland ( 36.67m / 120'4") finished third and fourth, respectively in the men's hammer throw.
- Corbin Turner finished second in the men's pole vault, posting a mark of 4.13m / 13'6.50."
- Lindsey Baxter (3.43m / 11'3") and Claire Trotto ( 3.13m / 10'3.25") finished second and third, respectively in the women's pole vault.
