Meet: Noke Elite Meet
Location: Salem, Va. | Cregger Center

The Lead: Roanoke welcomed Carnegie Mellon, Washington and Lee, Denison, Berry and Gettysburg to the Noke Elite Meet Saturday in the Cregger Center. 

Highlight:

  • Madison Padgett tied for third in the high jump with a mark of 1.47m  4'9 3/4. Padgett then went on to take third in the long jump with a 4.73m.
  • Jayna Jean-Jules took the top spot in the weight throw with a 14.05m.
  • With a mark of 3.32m, Claire Trotto took second in the pole vault.
  • In the triple jump, Hannah Koepfinger placed third with 9.89m.
  • Jennifer Calascione tossed an 11.09m in the shot put for first place.
  • Kyle Bland and Kaleb Bland took fourth and five in the weight throw with marks of 13.59m and 13.45m, respectively.
  • The team of Chamberlain Zulauf, Micah Ray, Kevin Elliot, and Peter Smith clocked a 10:54.99 in the 4000m distance medley relay for second.
  • Lily Lippert finished the 60m hurdles in 9.54, earning second before registering a 1:01.69 in the 400m for another second-place finish.
  • Ray crossed the 400m finish line in 51.34 for third place.
  • In the 60m finals, Grace Rios finished second with a time of 8.36.
  • With a time of 2:31.71, Allison Barthol finished in the top-five of the 800m.
  • Brandon Justice (23.83) and Cliff Schwabauer (24.25) took seventh and eighth in the 200m.
