The Lead: Roanoke competed at the WildCat Invite on Saturday; Lindsey Baxter set a new school record.
Highlights:
- Baxter set the school record in the pole vault with a mark of 3.43m / 11'3".
- Jennifer Calascione finished second in the hammer throw with a mark of 39.73m / 130'4.50."
- Kaleb (41.64m / 136'7.75") and Kyle Bland ( 36.67m / 120'4") finished third and fourth, respectively in the men's hammer throw.
- Corbin Turner finished second in the men's pole vault, posting a mark of 4.13m / 13'6.50."
- L Claire Trotto ( 3.13m / 10'3.25") finished third in the women's pole vault.
