Distinguished himself as one of the nation's best Division III soccer players during the mid 80's, Delledera earned Second-Team All-America status in his junior year.  He was selected to the NSCAA First-Team All-America squad as a senior. 

Delledera earned First-Team All-ODAC and All-VISA honors all four years for the Maroons.  He was selected to the All-South Region team for three years.

During his senior year, Delledera was selected as the ODAC and Virginia Intercollegiate Soccer Association Player of the Year.

Set the record for most goals in a season (18) and finished his career with 47 goals, placing him second on RC's all-time list.

His jersey, #7, was retired in May of 1986, making him the first player in Roanoke Soccer history to have his jersey retired.
