Salem, Va. – Roanoke College's Robbie Edwards has been named the ODAC Baseball Player of the Week.

Edwards helped Roanoke to a 3-0 week in league play. Against Ferrum he was 3-for-4 with three home runs and five RBI. In the first game of a doubleheader with Lynchburg he hit another home run that drove in three runs. For the week he hit .500 going 5-for-10. He finished with eight RBI total.

Roanoke will host Lynchburg in the opening round of the ODAC Tournament starting Friday at 7:00 p.m.
