Hannah Phillips

Hannah Myers is in her fourth season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Roanoke College Field Hockey program.  Hannah specializes in working with goalkeepers and also works on campus as an Assistant Director of Residence Life & Housing. 

Myers is a double-graduate from Lynchburg College where she earned a B.A. in History (c/o 2014) and her M.ED. in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education (c/o 2016).   Myers played four years for the Hornets as a goalkeeper where she won four Old Dominion Athletic Conference Titles with the Hornets, having never lost and ODAC game during her collegiate career, and making four NCAA appearances, making it as far as the Elite Eight in 2012.  She finished her Junior year as 8th all-time for the Hornets in goals against average. 

Myers began her coaching career in undergrad coaching goalkeepers with High Voltage’s U14 club, and working several camps and clinics including with the Fredericksburg Field House and University of Mary Washington’s Nike Camp.  Her senior year she coached field players at USA Field Hockey’s University of Richmond Futures site. 

In 2014 Myers coached goalkeepers in a volunteer capacity for Lynchburg College when they won the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Title and went undefeated in the conference.
