The Lead: The Roanoke College Golf team finished 12th at the 2018 Glenn Heath Memorial at the Williamsburg Club in Williamsburg, Va.
How it Happened
- The Maroons shot a two day total of 346-342—688 to finish 12th overall. Virginia Wesleyan improved by 14 strokes from day one to finish atop the team leaderboard with a 315-301—616. Randolph-Macon finished in second with a 626.
- RC was led individually by Andrew Edwards who shot an 83-86—169, while Evan Diebus shot an 85-86—171 for the Maroons.
- Bradley Williams carded an 86-87-173 for Roanoke individually as well.
- Doc Schulte of Shenandoah won the individual title with a 77-73—150, topping Carter Morgan of VWU and Alex Nelson of R-MC by one stroke.
