The Lead: No. 7 Lynchburg used three second-half goals to pull away from Roanoke on Tuesday.
How it Happened:
- After a scoreless first 34 minutes to the match, Dan Friedberg got LC on the board and put the Hornets up 1-0.
- The match stayed that way through halftime and into the 59th minute Hussein Osman set up Joey Daley to double the Lynchburg lead.
- The Hornets tacked on a pair of goals in the final two minutes to seal the win.
- Zach Behe made four saves in net for the Maroons.
