The Lead: Roanoke advances to ODAC semifinals with 2-1 win over Eastern Mennonite Sunday in Salem. 

How it Happened:

• Anthony Zarlenga scored 36 minutes into the contest with a one-on-one shot to the left side, off a pass from Isaac Wolf. The Maroons took the 1-0 lead into the intermission.
• In the 58th minute, Liam Camilleri doubled the RC lead with a goal, assisted from Philani Mlotshwa.
• Eastern Mennonite brought it within one off a header from Emmanuel Boamah that found the back of the net to make it a 2-1 game  in the 81st minute.
• Alex Sullivan made one save in the first half before giving way to Zach Behe who made two saves in the final 45 minutes.
• EMU held a 9-4 edge in shots while Roanoke took nine of the 11 corners on the day. 

Up Next: Men's Soccer advances to the ODAC semifinals on Saturday, Nov. 3  where it will take on top-seed Washington and Lee in Lexington.
