He helped lead the Emory Eagles to the UAA Conference title in 2012 with a DIII NCAA Tournament appearance, where they played against the Roanoke Maroons in the first round.

Following his collegiate career finish at Emory, Moore worked full time as a coach for the Northside Soccer Academy youth soccer club in Georgia. Additionally, Moore has coached numerous soccer camps both at Emory and throughout the South Region.

Before his college career started, Moore was a member of the Olympic Development Program for six years. His soccer clubs in high school included Roanoke Star, as he led his team to the 2008 State Cup with the Springfield Youth Club Jr. Royals.

Moore was a four-year member of the soccer team at Blacksburg High School, playing under coaching legend and former Roanoke College assistant coach, Shelley Blumenthal.  He led the Blacksburg Bruins to win two state championships in 2008 and 2009. He was the VHSL Group AA State Player of the Year, NSCAA High School All-American, and was named to the ESPN/RISE Second Team following his senior year.
