The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced their Collegiate Athletic Awards and the Roanoke College Women's Track & Field team was honored by the coaches association.

Roanoke College earned All-Academic Team distinction after posting a team grade point average (GPA) of 3.33. The criteria for being named an All-Academic Team is a cumulative team GPA (not 2020-21 academic year, not semester) of all student-athletes who used a season of eligibility must be at least a 3.1 on a 4.0 scale through the most recent semester/quarter, computed by the following method.

Individually, the honors for Hannah Koepfinger continue as the hurdler was named an USTFCCA All-Academic Athlete. Koepfinger currently boasts and overall GPA of 3.80 in Education and earned academic honor just weeks after the junior finished 14th at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. The criteria for being named an All-Academic Athlete is for a student-athlete to hold a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.30 on a 4.0 scale through the most recently completed grading period.
