Graham distinguished himself as a member of the Roanoke lacrosse team as an All-American player from 1978-80.  He was named Male Athlete of the Year in 1980.

In 1978, Graham set the record for most assists and most points for a Roanoke lacrosse player in a season and following the 1980 season participated in the North-South All-Star Classic.  He is one of the only players to be a member of both the Division II and Division III All-American teams.  His jersey, #6, was retired.

One of just two players in the history of the Roanoke College men’s lacrosse players to earn First Team All-American honors three times, Graham completed his career with the Maroons with 212 points on 71 goals and a program record 141 assists. To this day, Graham still rates fourth on the all-time scoring list at Roanoke. Graham led the Maroons to the 1978 national championship, scoring two goals and adding five assists in the contest.

He finished the 1978 national tournament with 20 points on seven goals and 13 assists. He led the team in scoring in three of his four seasons in Salem and in assists in all four of his campaigns with the Maroons.

Since Roanoke, Graham has established, coached, and developed boys’ lacrosse teams in New York.
