SALEM, VA. -- Five Roanoke Baseball players have been honored by the Old Dominion Athletic Conference this week by being selected to a post-season All-ODAC team, as announced by the league office today.
Jacob Bonzon, Conner Butler, and Brody Langlotz each were named to the First Team All-ODAC with Mason Staz and Jonny Wall earning Second Team honors.
Bonzon finished the season playing in 41 games. He collected 56 hits and scored 49 runs. Of his hits, he had 10 doubles, three triples and one home run. He tallied 25 RBIs while stealing 20 bases. His stolen bases ranks fifth in the ODAC this season.
Butler appeared in a 42 games for the Maroons this year. Over the course of the season he collected 52 hits, 47 RBIs, 24 walks, 17 doubles, seven home runs, six stolen bases, and four triples. He was named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week in the final week of the regular season.
Langlotz, as a freshman, scored his first career hit was a double against Brockport earlier this year while finishing with five doubles, five home runs, and one triple this season, playing in 25 games. He also brought in 23 RBIS and walked seven times.
