Pustizzi Resigns Field Hockey Position at Roanoke College
Lacey Pustizzi has resigned her position as Roanoke College's Field Hockey Head Coach, according to Athletics Director Scott Allison this afternoon.

“Roanoke College is thankful for Lacey's devotion to the field hockey program over these past three years” said Allison. “She has earned a wonderful opportunity at Towson University. We wish Lacey the best.”

As field hockey coach for three seasons at Roanoke, Pustizzi left Salem to become an assistant field hockey coach at Div. I Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. She coached the Maroons to a 8-38 record during her three-year stint at the Div. III school.

Allison indicated he would commence a search for a new coach immediately. Susan Dunagan, women's basketball coach and senior women's administrator, will serve as the acting head coach during the search process. A position is expected to be filled by the opening of the season.
