Kwasi Amponsah Named To All-ODAC Second Team
FOREST - Roanoke College senior Kwasi Amponsah was named Second Team All-ODAC, announced Thursday evening. He was also named to the All-ODAC second team during the 2011-12 season.

Amponsah, a Woodbridge, VA native, is the third leading scorer in the ODAC, tallying 17.3 points per game. He also ranks third in the ODAC in total points (433), while sitting ninth in steals with 44. Amponsah also sits seventh in both field goals made (129) and three-point field goals made (48). He has made 127 free throws this season, which places him second amongst all players in the conference, and he is ninth in free throw percentage (75.1).

Amponsah ranks 17th all-time in career points at Roanoke with 1,287 to his name, and needs 18 more points this season to move up the list and pass John Mongero '67. He also lists at fifth on the all-time three-point percentage, knocking down .392 of his attempts from behind the arc. His 47 three-pointers this sesason rank 14th on the all-time single season list. Amponsah is 10th all-time in free throws made at Roanoke, hitting 322 in his four years at Roanoke, and is sixth in steals (171).
