GREENSBORO, NC - - Men's Golf placed eighth overall in the Pines Needle Collegiate Tournament. A total of 10 schools competed in the tournament, as Cape Fear Community College claimed first place.
Junior Brandon Ketron placed 13th shooting a 155 in the tournament. He shot a 76 on the second day, three strokes better. Rob Pepi completed the tournament by placing 19th shooting a 157 on the two-round scorecard. Ryan Davis had the best first day for the Maroons shooting a 77 and placed 22nd overall in the tournament. Shane Bourque and Cameron McLaughlin were 48th and 51st respectively.
The men will travel to Virginia Beach, VA for the National Golf Invitation starting March 4th.
