PINE MOUNTAIN, GA - The Roanoke College golf team placed 19^th in the Callaway Gardens Intercollegiate on March 2-3.

The Maroons finished the tournament with a score of 660. Roanoke was the only Old Dominion Athletic Conference squad in the tournament. Oglethorpe University won the Callaway Gardens Intercollegiate with a score of 591. Oglethorpe's Anthony Maccaglia won the individual title shooting 66-77 over the two days for a total of 145 (+1).

Jack Prater (85-81) and William Reitan (84-82) tied for 66^th place, both shooting 166 over the course of two days. Robert Scott tied for 88^th with a two-day score of 172. John Willard and Peter Weisel finished with scores of 186 and 187, respectively.

The Maroons return to action on March 14^th as they participate in the Jeckyll Island Invitational, in Jeckyll Island, GA. The invitational will take place at the Pine Lakes Golf Club.
