The Maroons finished the tournament with a score of 597, four strokes out of second place. Ferum College took the tournament crown with a score of 583, while Bridgewater (594) placed second, with Hampden-Sydney and Randolph-Macon (596) tied for third. The Maroons held a five stroke lead coming out of the first day, shooting a 291, with eventual winner Ferrum totaling 296. Shenandoah's Brennan Lloyd took first place with a two day total of 139 (-5).
The Maroons were led by Andrew Butts (146) who finished tied for fifth with identical days shooting 73. Butts tied for ninth after the first day, but performed well enough on the second day to move down to fifth. Kolton Cooper tied for 17th with a two day total of 148 (+4). Ryan Davis shot +10 for the two day tournament, shooting 154 over the weekend. William Brown and Alex Taylor tied for 39, each putting up a score of 155.
Roanoke returns to action on September 19-21 as they participate in the Shenandoah University Invitational, held at the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club.
