In the 91st edition of the USILA All-American team, Jeff Keating earned second-team honors. Mike Hayden was named third-team honors while Brayden Gerrie garnered honorable mention recognition. That increases the programs number of All-Americans to 77 players and 133 total selections in 41-years of men's lacrosse at Roanoke.

Jeff Keating, a two time All-American, ranked fourth in the NCAA in points per game (4.93), and 10th in assists per game (2.33). Keating led the team in points (74) and assists (35), while being second on the squad in goals (39). The senior is second all-time in points scored (267) and total goals (158) at Roanoke College over his four year career. He holds the Roanoke all-time record for man-up goals with 36, scoring 15 of those in 2012. Keating was named ODAC Player of the Week on April 9th, an award he earned by tallying 14 points over the course of two games. Keating will also be playing in the 2012 USILA DIII Senior North/South Game along with Eric DeLong.

Mike Hayden, a junior midfielder, ranked second in points on the Roanoke squad, tallying 48. The two-time All-ODAC selection dished out 29 assists, which ranked him third in the ODAC and 17th in the NCAA in assists per game (2.07). Brayden Gerrie, a junior midfielder, returned in 2012 from a knee injury that kept him out of most of the previous season. He played in all 17 of the Maroons' contests and started 11.
