FOREST – Roanoke College men's lacrosse player, Kevin Jackson, was named ODAC Player of the Week, announced Monday. He is the first Maroon to win the award this season, an the first since Richard Lachlan won the award on April 22, 2013.

Jackson, a freshman from Baltimore, Md., helped the Maroons to a pair of conferenc wins, including a triumph over ninth-ranked Lynchburg. Jackson opened his week with three goals and one assist in a 15-4 win at Shenandoah. He followed that with five goals and a ground ball in a 13-7 home victory over Lynchburg. Jackson is tied for the team lead with 28 goals, which is sixth in the ODAC. His 37 points ranked ninth in the league.

Jackson and the Maroons are back in action on Wednesday, April 9^th as they play host to Randolph-Macon College. That game is scheduled for a 7:00 PM start.
