The Maroons have either been in the top 20 or received votes every week of the poll this season, but have been battling to get back in the top-20 since the Week Two Poll. In Roanoke's lone game this week, the Maroons defeated Randolph-Macon 16-9 on Saturday afternoon. Kevin Jackson led the Maroons with seven points, netting five goals with two assists. Colin Mackenzie notched five points with three goals and two assists.
Roanoke will host two home contests over the course of the next week. The Maroons will welcome Colorado College to Kerr Stadium at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18th. Hampden-Sydney will also travel to Salem on Saturday, March 21st at 2:00 PM for Old Dominion Athletic Conference action.
