Pilat, a native of Roanoke, VA earned the honor from LaxMagazine.com after leading the Maroons to a 2-0 week. Pilat scored once in a 6-4 win over Washington and Lee. He then notched seven points on six goals and an assist in a 21-6 victory over Shenandoah. His six goals, five of which were scored in the second period, set a new career high for Pilat. His seven points tied a career high previously set by the junior. Pilat leads the Maroons in goals scored, tallying 30 so far this season, which ranks fourth in the ODAC. He also ranks 10th in points with a total of 38.
The Maroons return to action on Wednesday, April 15th as they travel to face Guilford College. That contest is slated for a 4:00 PM start.
