Tyler McWilliams Named ODAC Player of the Week
Forest, Va. -- Roanoke College's Tyler McWilliams has been named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week.
 
McWilliams, a senior from Downingtown, Pa., registered a 16-point week in helping the Maroons to a pair of ODAC wins last week. He opened with six goals and two assists in a 21-5 triumph at Shenandoah. He added a ground ball to a stat line. Over the week, McWilliams scored five times and dished out three assists in a 23-8 victory at Virginia Wesleyan. He chipped in two caused turnovers and a ground ball. For the season, McWilliams is third in the ODAC in points (54) and assists (21), and slots fourth in goals scored (33). He has taken the third-most shots (130) in the league.
 
The Maroons are back in action on Wednesday when it hosts Bridgewater at 4:00 p.m.
