The Short Story: After a scoreless half, No. 13 Washington and Lee scored twice late in the second half to get by the Roanoke College men's soccer team in ODAC action Wednesday evening at Kerr Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Both teams' defenses held strong as the first half was one of attrition with the score 0-0 at the intermission.
  • The Generals would score twice midway through the second half to come away with the 2-0 win over the Maroons.

BY THE NUMBERS

  • Zach Behe saved all four shots on goal he faced in the first half and played all 90 minutes in goal for the Maroons. He also made five saves in the second half.
