Maroons Fall in Regular Season Finale to Bridgewater, 7-2
SALEM - In the final match of the regular season, the Roanoke College men's tennis team fell to the #2 team in the ODAC, Bridgewater College, 7-2 on Thursday. The Maroons finish conference play with a record of 9-7; 5-5 ODAC, while the Eagles sit with a record of 12-7; 9-1 ODAC.

The Maroons complete the regular season earning the #6 seed in the ODAC Men's Tennis Tournament. The Maroons will play against the #3 seed Emory & Henry on Saturday, April 20th in the ODAC Quarterfinals. The winner of that match will move on to the ODAC Semifinals on April 27th at Virginia Wesleyan College. For more information on the 2013 ODAC Men's Tennis Tournament, Click Here.

The Maroons two wins came during the doubles competition. James Lee and Matthew Kessler, who have won eight of their last 10 doubles matches, were victorious over Evan Stack and Brandon Larson, 8-6 in #1 doubles. Jake Morris and Chris Migliarese also picked up a win in #2 doubles, 8-7 over Peter Hawkins and Sam Churchill.

The Maroons return to action on Saturday, April 20th as they take on Emory & Henry. The Maroons faced off against Emory and Henry on April 10th, and are looking to avenge an 8-1 loss. The start time for that match is still to be determined, but go to http://www.odaconline.com for more information.
