The Roanoke Women's Lacrosse team defeated Lynchburg College on Wednesday to advance to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championship game on Sunday, May 6th. The Maroons will face off against Washington and Lee in Lexington, VA. That contest is scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM

Roanoke is entering its sixth ODAC Championship game in seven years. Each time the Maroons have reached the finals in that span, they have had to go up against the Generals from Washington and Lee.

Roanoke wants everyone to come out to the game and support the team. Admission is free and the weather should be nice and warm for watching Division III lacrosse.
