2014-15 Top Moments #9: Darragh Evarts closes out career
Darragh Evarts was a standout midfielder on the Roanoke College Women's Lacrosse team since she set foot on the field in the spring of her freshman year. This season, she capped her career by being named the 2015 Roanoke College Female Athlete of the Year along with softball standout Kelly Higbie.

In addition to the RC Female Athlete of the Year honor, Evarts was named First Team All-ODAC, as well as earning a spot on the IWLCA All-Chesapeake Region First Team and the VaSID All-State Second Team in 2015.

She is the Roanoke College Women's Lacrosse program's all-time leader in career draw controls (337), ranks second all-time in shots on goal (336), and third in points (310), goals (231), free position goals (46) and shots (423).

As a freshman in 2012, Evarts was named First Team All-ODAC and ODAC Rookie of the Year as the Maroons finished as the ODAC Championship Runner-Up. She was also awarded VaSID All-State Second Team accolades.

As a sophomore, Evarts received First Team All-ODAC honors again, along with another VaSID All-State Second Team award.

In addition, she was named to the IWLCA All-Chesapeake Region First Team and the VaSID All-State First Team as a junior.
