Roanoke College Head Softball Coach, Mike Mitchell, is offering a winter tune-up and skills combine on Saturday, Jan. 28 and Sunday, Jan. 29 in the new Cregger Center on the campus of Roanoke College.

CAMP INFORMATION
The Roanoke Camp is designed to give fast pitch players and coaches an opportunity to learn the proper techniques of batting, fielding, pitching and catching so as to help them gain a competitive edge in today's fast pitch softball programs. Instruction is geared toward each player's individual skill level allowing each player to learn the fundamentals and more complicated techniques. Participants receive instruction from Roanoke College Head Softball Coach Mike Mitchell and his staff (David Mays, Chris Lauria and Brian Hawkins) as well as current and former players.
Skills combine is designed for girls interested in playing college softball. We will be recording running speeds, throwing velocities from defensive positions, pitching velocities, catcher's pop times, and bat velocities. Each player will receive an official card with individual times to add to their recruiting portfolio.
