RC Men's Lax Ranked No. 19 in 2017 Face-Off Yearbook Preseason Poll

Salem, Va. – The Roanoke College Men's Lacrosse team has been ranked No. 19 in the Nation in Inside Lacrosse.com's 2017 Face-Off Yearbook Preseason Poll.

The Maroons, which were the highest ranked ODAC team in the poll, are coming off a 2016 season in which it finished atop the ODAC regular season standings for the 23rd time since 1981.

RC finished 2016 13-5 overall and 8-1 in league play. Head Coach Bill Pilat returns five all-conference selections from a season ago, including First-Team All-ODAC members IV Stucker, Kevin Jackson, Conn Curry and Robby Moore.  

The Maroons open their season on Feb. 23 when it hosts Birmingham Southern at 4:00 p.m.
