Salem, Va. – Roanoke College Men's Lacrosse standouts Ian Davies, Peter Lindley and Daniel Medvetz have all been invited to play in the prestigious USILA/Nike North-South Senior All-Star Game this weekend. 

The 78th Annual USILA/Nike North-South Senior All-Star games will be held on Friday, May 24 at US Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. The Division III game is scheduled for 5 p.m.

The Maroons have now had 62 players and coaches selected to take part in the game since 1988.

Davies earned First-Team All-ODAC honors earlier this month for the second straight year. The 2018 USILA Goalie of the Year, Davies had 248 saves which were second most in the ODAC. His 57.5 save percentage was third-best in the ODAC and his 11.01 goals against average were fourth-best in the league.

Lindley was also First-Team All-ODAC. He led the ODAC with 64 goals on the year. He added 16 assists for a total of 80 points which was second best in the league. He also had 31 groundballs and caused 13 turnovers for the Maroons.

Medvetz was a Second-Team All-ODAC selection following the season. He had 37 points during the season. He scored 22 goals and added 15 assists which ranked 25th in the league. He also had 28 groundballs and caused six turnovers.
