The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced their All Conference teams on Tuesday afternoon. Roanoke would place eight players on the three teams after a season that would see the Maroons finish third in the ODAC standings and earn a trip to the 2022 NCAA DIII Men's Lacrosse Championship Tournament.

Luke Kammerman was the lone first team selection while George Gilbert and RT Williamson earned second team honors. Luca DockingWyatt WhitlowEthan CaldwellJohn Dias, and Taylor Lewis were all named All ODAC 3rd Team.

Kammerman finished the season as the points lead in the ODAC with 107. The sophomore, second team All ODAC selection in 2021, netted 49 goals to go with 58 assists in a season that would see him break the Roanoke College single season mark in assists and total points. 

Gilbert was a repeat member of the All ODAC 2nd team, after earning the same honor one season ago. Gilbert wrapped up his Roanoke College career with a season that included 40 goals and 15 helpers.

Williamson earned all-conference accolades for the first time. The sophomore defender helped to anchor a Roanoke back line that gave up 11.44 goals per game while causing 202 turnovers, one off the conference lead of 203. Williamson picked up 38 ground balls while causing 13 turnovers.

Docking earned 3rd team honors on attack for the second consecutive season. Docking earned an ODAC Player of the Week honor during a campaign that saw him score 33 goals with 29 assists leading to an ODAC rank of 13th in total points.

Whitlow was named as a 3rd team attackman after leading the Maroons with 54 goals this season. In addition to finishing as the fifth leading goals scorer in the ODAC, his 66 total points were 10th best in the conference.

As a midfielder, Caldwell earned his first All Conference nod as a 3rd teamer. The junior, tied Docking with 33 scores and added 14 assists. Caldwell was second on the team with a 67.8 shots on goal percentage. 

For the second year in a row, Dias was named 3rd team as a Long Stick Midfielder. The senior led the team with 20 caused turnovers and was second on the squad, picking up 63 ground balls.

Lewis was named the 3rd team goalkeeper. The sophomore finished with a 13-6 record in his first season as the starting netminder. Lewis was second in the ODAC with 218 saves and his 13 victories were tops in the league.
