Roanoke has been ranked in the NSCAA South Region poll all season. The Maroons have been ranked as high as fifth this season and have a 6-1-1 record against teams ranked in regional polls.

Roanoke is also ranked in the NCAA Division III poll amongst 300 teams. The Maroons are ranked 12^th in team goals against average, 22^nd in shutout percentage, 57^th in save percentage, and 77^th in win percentage.

Several players have made a huge impact in these rankings. Senior Shaman Douglass continues to help boost the Maroons with an average of 1.17 points per game to rank him among the top 300 in points per game and assists per game (0.33). Keeper Adam Thompson moved up 12 spots to 18^th in goals against average and moved to 78^th in save percentage.

Roanoke is also led by seniors Michael Rouhana and Michael Walter. Rouhana is eighth in the ODAC in shots (33) and shots per game. He stands amongst Roanoke's finest in career shot on goal (37) and game-winners (5). Walter is second in the conference with three game-winning goals.

The Maroons look to continue their success in the upcoming weeks as they face ODAC-rival Lynchburg who is currently ranked sixth in the region. In the meantime, the men travel to Lynchburg, VA today for a contest against Randolph College. Game time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
