Men's Soccer Game Notes vs. Hampden-Sydney
Join us in supporting the men's soccer team as they host ODAC-rival Hampden-Sydney at Kerr Stadium on Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. The men are fighting for a #2 seed in the ODAC Tournament which starts Saturday, Oct. 30. We will host the quarterfinal round against the #7 seed with a victory over the Tigers.

The men's soccer team is currently 13-3-1, 7-1-1 in the ODAC. The defense for the Maroons are 15th in the country in shutout percentage with 12 blank sheets on the year. Ryan Russell is out for the remainder of the year due to injury, but not before having the 32nd-best goals against average in Div. III (.52 GAA).

Avery Makel has definitely picked up where he left off and has done quite well, going 4-1-1 in seven appearances in goal this season while posting a .70 GAA and a .826 save percentage. NSCAA Two-Time All-American defender Michael Stark not only anchors the defense, but the offensive attack as well. He currently leads the Maroons in scoring with six goals and four assists for 16 points, including six game-winners.

Sophomore Cameron Travalini has posted five goals and five assists for 15 points, while senior captain Jason Ryan's three goals and five assists gives him 11 points on the year. They host Hampden-Sydney Tuesday and boasts an 8-0 record at Kerr Stadium this season.
