The Lead: Sam Rauf scored with 13 minutes left to lift Roanoke to a 2-1 win over Pfeiffer in the final game of the Shellenberger Classic.

How it Happened:

• After 73 minutes of scoreless play, Darwin Ramirez gave Pfeiffer a 1-0 lead off a pass from Stenson Croom.
• Roanoke responded two minutes later as Jose Robertson found the back of the net, assisted from Marshall Hodge to make it a tie game.
• Rauf scored the game winner at 77:45 off the foot of Robertson to secure the 2-1 win.
• The Maroons held a 14-5 edge in shots and a 6-0 advantage in corner kicks.
• Nick Tadros made two saves in goal for RC while David Chavarria made four for Pfeiffer.
