The Lead: Eason Myers had two goals and an assist as Roanoke topped Shenandoah 5-0 Friday night in ODAC Men's Soccer play.

How it Happened:

• Myers struck for his first goal at the 11-minute mark to make it 1-0, before being set up for another strike in the 17^th minute by Marshall Hodge to double the RC advantage.
• At the 35:22 mark, Myers dished a pass to Michael Chang to give the Maroons a 3-0 lead which they would take into the locker room at intermission.
• Just under four minutes into the second-half Hodge set up Brandon Bauer to push the lead to 4-0 before Hodge himself got a goal in the 59^th minute to make it a 5-0 game.
• Roanoke held a 22-5 edge in shots. The RC defense allowed just one shot on goal which reserve keeper Alex Sullivan saved in the second-half. The Maroons also had a 7-3 edge in corner kicks.
