The Lead: The Roanoke College men's tennis team wrapped up the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) season when they hosted Shenandoah on the courts of the Elizabeth Campus Complex. A sweep of the doubles matches would put the Maroons in firm control on their way to a 7-2 win over the Hornets.

Highlights:

  • Dalton Capobianco and Hunter Adams had the easiest time in the partners matches with an 8-2 win at the #3 spot.
  • Jack Fishwick and Zach Kriebel at #1 and Grayson White and Thomas Hodges won by identical scores of 8-4.
  • Fishwick ran his singles record to a perfect 4-0 for the week with a 6-4 and 6-0 victory at the top spot. Doubles partner Kriebel won at #4 by the score of 6-1 and 6-0.
  • Hodges knocked off his opponent at the #5 spot, 6-1 and 6-1 while at #6, Lance Beheler won an eight game pro set, 8-2.

Up next: Roanoke finished the regular season in fifth place and will play a quarterfinal match against Lynchburg in the 2021 ODAC Men's Tennis Tournament.
