The Lead: The Roanoke College men's track & field team claimed two event wins and broke a longstanding school record at its first meet of the outdoor campaign.

Men's Highlights:

  • Samuel Crawford won the 400m in 49.09 seconds. He was also a part of the victorious 4x400 relay team, which broke a 49-year-old program record with a time of 3:19.96. The relay also featured Lorenzo Camobreco, Brandon Heffinger, and Hunter Bohon.
  • The 4x100 relay team of Aidan Spradlin, Crawford, Blake Morin, and Camobreco finished second in a time of 42.50 seconds.
  • In the 3,000m steeplechase, Joshua Woodley placed second in 10:52.39.
  • Camobreco produced a fourth-place showing in the 200m, clocking in at 22.43 seconds.
  • Miles Enstrom placed fifth in the pole vault with a mark of 3.83m.
