The Lead: The Roanoke College men's outdoor track & field team set a pair of school records and produced two runner-up finishes at the University of Lynchburg.

Meet Highlights:

  • Brady Fowler established another program standard by running the 200m in 21.34 seconds. His time landed him in third place at the meet, and it leads the ODAC this spring.
  • The 4x100 relay team of Aidan Spradlin, Samuel Crawford, Joseph Eldridge, and Fowler also snapped the Roanoke record with a time of 41.18 seconds, finishing as the runner-up. Shenandoah's quartet won the event in an ODAC-best time of 40.98 seconds, while the Maroons' showing ranks second in the conference.
  • Scott Garis placed second in the 10,000m with a time of 32:41.84, which ranks third in the ODAC.
  • Hunter Bohon came in third in the long jump with a distance of 6.39m.
  • Fowler also placed fourth in the invitational section of the 100m, crossing the tape in 10.66 seconds. Eldridge notched a fifth-place run in the general 100m field at 11.08 seconds.
  • Crawford produced a fourth-place performance in the 400m at 48.90 seconds, and he also came in fifth in the 200m at 21.49 seconds.
  • Cody Roupe placed sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.88m.
