The Lead: Roanoke recorded Top 3 finishes in a pair of events on day one of the conference outdoor championships at Bridgewater.
Sunday Highlights:
- Cody Roupe recorded a runner-up finish in the high jump, posting a mark of 1.89m.
- Cooper Neeble placed third in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:47.70.
- With the finals in a majority of events slated for Monday, Roanoke currently sits in sixth place with a team total of 14 points. Lynchburg tops the leaderboard with 52 points.
