The Roanoke women's soccer team will travel to North Carolina to battle Meredith College in non-conference action this Friday. The game, which starts at 6 p.m. will be streamed live through USTREAM.TV in part with Meredith College.

The Maroons are currently riding a four-game win-streak, all which have been shutouts en route to a 4-1 record. Stephanie Parenteau (Virginia Beach, VA, Kellam)leads the team in scoring with four goals while Lindsay Kooiman (Fredricksburg, VA, Mountain View)has 21 saves on the season.

The Avenging Angels are currently 4-0-1 on the season. They rallied from a late second-half deficit to down ODAC-member Bridgewater, 4-3 last weekend. They also defeated another ODAC team in Guilford, 3-1 in their season-opener.
