The Lead: Swimming defeated Ferrum in the field of FSU, FC and UMW Friday night at Frostburg State. 

Women's Highlights:

• The 200M Medley Relay team of Reilly Bird, Sarah Virginia Scott, Francisca Cifuentes and Hannah Sells kicked off the meet with a third-place finish with a time of 2:09.09.
• Bird took the top spots in the 50M backstroke with a time of 29.74 and in the 100M backstroke with a time of 1:09.79.
• Bird also took second in the 100M freestyle, clocking a 1:02.07.
• Scott touched the wall in 1:24.02 in the 100M breaststroke earning fourth.
• Maggie Riggan finished the 200M IM in 2:45.72, earning fourth.
• In the 400M freestyle, Hannah Sells finished third with a time of 5:03.99. Sells also took fourth in the 200M freestyle with a time of 2:23.44.

Men's Highlights:

• Jorge Jara Lopez finished in the top-three of the 200M IM with a time of 2:38.19
• In the 50M freestyle, Tanner Debord and David Adarkwah tied for fourth each posting a time of 26.67.
• Debord also finished fourth in the 100M freestyle with a time of 59.07.
• Logan Cale put Roanoke on the board in the 100M Backstroke with a fourth-place time of 1:10.15.
• Jacob David took fourth in the 100M IM with a time of 1:09.89 followed by Jara Lopez in fifth with a time of 1:12.76.
