SALEM, Va. -- After strong a performance last week at the VertKlasse Meeting hosted by Div. I High Point, Roanoke athlete Kim Roden has been named ODAC Field Athletes of the Week, as announced by the league office. 

Roden, a freshman from Vastra Gotaland, Sweden, went top of the table in the ODAC in the high jump following a strong competition at the Division I and II heavy VertKlasse Meeting. Roden cleared the second-highest mark of the competition at 1.57 meters (5-1.75) placing her third overall and first among Division III competitors. In addition to being #1 in the ODAC, her mark ranks 29th in Division III.
