EMORY - The Roanoke College volleyball team fell in three sets (25-9, 25-22, 25-21) to Old Dominion Athletic Conference opponent Emory & Henry on Thursday.

The Maroons now hold a record of 9-8 and are 1-5 in ODAC play, while the Wasps are now 13-5 and 3-2 in the ODAC. Tonight's loss to Emory & Henry locks up the all-time series at 24-24.

Rachel Kilinski and Samantha Klostermann led Roanoke in kills, as they each had six. Allison White and Mackenzie Allen tallied five kills apiece. Alexandra Martin topped the Maroons in assists with nine, while Samantha Toy and Shannon Stone each put up seven.

Mackenzie and Macey were the digs leaders for Roanoke in the match, gathering six and five, respectively. Three other Maroons tallied four assists. Martin also had two service aces on the night.

The Maroons return to action on Friday, September 28^th as they host non-conference opponent, Southern Virginia University, in the Bast Center during Family Weekend at Roanoke. The contest is scheduled for a 7:00 PM start.
