Erin Bingham graduated from Lees McRae College in 2017 with a degree in education. She competed in track all four years of school and was a three-time 60mh and 100mh Conference Carolina Champion. She still holds multiple school records in the 55MH, 60MH, and 100MH.
While competing Erin was able to make some great connections with coaches and mentors as she volunteered assisting high school track and field athletes. During this time, she became educated in age and ability appropriate conditioning for student athletes as well coaching techniques behind events including jumps and sprints.
After graduating college Erin went on to teach Elementary school, coach middle school, and high school track athletes.
Excited to be a part of the Roanoke College Track and Field team, Erin plans to continue her coaching education and help each athlete fulfill their potential on the track.
