Salem, Va. – Roanoke College senior defender Laura Sullivan has been named to the 2017 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Women's All-South Atlantic Region Team.

Earlier this month, Sullivan capped her career with her fourth straight All-ODAC recognition and it's the senior defender's first appearance on the first-team squad. Sullivan anchored an RC backline that tied for the top spot in the ODAC, with a 0.71 goals against average for the season. The Maroons led the league with 11 shutouts on the season.

Roanoke finished the season with 11 wins and ranked No. 8 in the NCAA South Atlantic Regional rankings.
