The Short Story: The Roanoke College men's swim team dropped a pair of dual meets on the road Saturday afternoon to Lynchburg and Milligan. The Hornets hosted the tri-meet at the Liberty University Natatorium.

TOP FINISHES

• In the first men's event, the team of Davis Wheeler, Tommy Nichols, Logan Deal, and Xavier Williams finished third in the 200 Yard medley relay in a time of 1:37.29.
• Josh Rauch finished runner-up in the 1000 Yard Free in a time of 9:59.55.
• Ethan Brewer won the 200 Yard Free in a time of 1:45.97
• In the 100 Yard breaststroke, Deal finished third with a time of 1:00.39.
• In the sixth men's event, the 200 Yard fly, Kellen Drawbaugh touched the wall in 1:59.63.
• Williams was runner-up in the 50 Yard free with a time of 21.89.
• The Maroons were two, three in the 500 Yard free with Brewer (4:50.52) and Rauch (4:52.99) finishing second and third respectively.
• In the 100 Yard fly, Deal was second in a time of 52.95.
• In the final event, the Maroon team of Deal, Mack Calvert, Dyllan Hartman, and Williams were third in the 400 Yard free relay in 3:19.24.
